Service of a small Limited Company

We offer a contract drafting service for both Contractors and those who use them. If you are a Contractor with a Client who has no experience with using contractors and is not going through an agency then there maybe difficulties in reaching a form of documentation that is acceptable and fair to both parties.

We provide a contract that will be tailored to your specific needs and has proved, over the years, to be acceptable, comprehensive and user friendly to both contractor and client.

Our fee for this type of contract is £150 + VAT. This fee includes a degree of negotiations with the other party to the contract but we reserve the right to increase the fee in the unlikely event that the negotiations become protracted.

Larger Companies

As your business grows you may take on staff and have the need for a comprehensive Contract of Employment and Handbook. You will also need Health and Safety assessments, all of which form part of your contractual package. We can provide a complete service and the cost to you will be quoted on a case by case basis.
