We offer a written detailed report and assessment of your contract and working practices. We will also negotiate with your Agency or Client to suggest changes to your contract where, in our opinion, the draft supplied is unfair, inaccurate or misleading. The service is much more than a simple consideration of IR35 and covers other important contractual considerations that each company must evaluate when considering such obligations.

the process

Any consideration of IR35 has a two stage process.
Firstly, the contract must be considered and this is so even if the contract is by word of mouth only. Secondly, we must consider the working practices or how the engagement is actually being carried out, our questionnaire must therefore be completed (this is designed to cover the situation of oral contracts as well as written ones).

the cost to you

For our full report together with negotiating any required amendments that we deem appropriate.
(NB: we reserve the right to increase the fee in the unlikely event that negotiations become protracted).

For any contract extension we will still have to consider the terms of the extension and whether or not it changes your employment/IR35 status and confirm in writing our opinion.
